The LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0 electronic pressure calibrator features outstanding long-term stability, a 24-bit A/D converter and modern microprocessor control. It is ideal for reference pressure measurements, as well as testing and calibration tasks.

The LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0 pressure calibrator, together with the LR-Cal LPP 10, LR-Cal LPP 40 and LR-Cal LPP 60 (pneumatic) and LR-Cal LPP 700 and LR-Cal LPP 1000 (hydraulic) calibration hand test pumps, is ideally suited for on-site use. In conjunction with the LR-Cal LSP comparative test equipment (spindle pumps), it is also very well suited for operation in the laboratory and in the workshop.

The battery-powered LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0 precision reference pressure gauge operates continuously for over 50 hours on one battery charge, not least because of its intelligent automatic switch-off function. The user can switch between several pressure units, change the display resolution as well as program a digital filter. This makes the LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0 digital fine-measurement manometer suitable for all kinds of measurement and calibration tasks.

The components used (sensors, electronics, housing) are extremely resistant and ensure operation even under greater loads (vibrations, pressure shocks). In addition to the digital display, the pressure is also shown in analog form (bargraph). This is also done when the operator is in programming/setting mode. Furthermore, the medium temperature is measured and can be shown in the display alternating with the pressure display.

A practical carrying case and a DAkkS-approved ACCREDIA calibration certificate are included as standard, as are a charger and USB cable. (Instruments with measuring range from 2,500 bar and with absolute pressure ranges are supplied with factory calibration certificate as standard, here DAkkS calibration certificate optional at extra cost).

The digital reference pressure gauge LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0 is equipped with a USB interface as standard. Furthermore, the following additional variants and functions are optionally available:

• Version with data logger functionality, with integrated real-time clock
• Version for panel mounting with eccentric rear pressure connection
• Version for external power supply 12...24 VDC, without built-in rechargeable battery

For gentle application, we recommend the rubber protective cap available as an accessory, order-code LDM80-GK.

Under “LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0: DOWNLOAD” at the top of this page you can download the free LR-Cal LDM-COM software (for Microsoft®Windows®). It offers you three operating modes:

• Calibration (calibration table):
  Recording of the data measured during calibration of devices and storage in a data table.
• Data recording
  Automatic recording (logging) of measured values (with date and time stamp) at an adjustable time interval.
• Read out memory: (only for LR-Cal TLDMM-2.0 devices with optional data logger function)
  Downloading data from the calibrator's memory.
