LR-Cal LPP 700 description

The LR-Cal LPP 700 pressure test pump is used to generate pressure for checking, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by comparative measurement. These pressure tests can be carried out on a mobile basis, on site at the measuring point, or stationary in the laboratory or workshop.

If the measuring instrument to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the LR-Cal LPP 700 pressure test pump, the same pressure acts on both measuring instruments when the pump is actuated. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure values, it is possible to check the accuracy or adjust the pressure gauge to be tested.

Despite its very compact dimensions, the LR-Cal LPP 700 pressure test pump enables simple and accurate test pressure generation. For precise adjustment for accurate comparison testing, the LR-Cal LPP 700 has a fine adjustment valve. The reference gauge is screwed directly onto the top of the pump and the test item is connected via the connection hose with free-running 1/4" BSP female thread included in the scope of delivery, using suitable thread adapters if necessary (see accessories).
