LR-Cal LTC 100 description
The portable multifunctional temperature calibrator LR-Cal LTC 100 is a hand-held measuring instrument for the adjustment and calibration of measuring instruments in process measurement technology.

The LR-Cal LTC 100 temperature calibrator is a very accurate, portable hand-held measuring instrument for calibration and testing tasks as well as troubleshooting in temperature-dependent processes.
The calibrator simultaneously measures and outputs/simulates ten different thermocouple types and seven different resistance thermometer types. Measurement data can be simultaneously recorded to an included SD memory card. For your calibration tasks, the LR-Cal LTC 100 measures current while simultaneously outputting or simulating voltage, thermocouples, resistance thermometers or resistance.
The data logging function stores data on the included SD memory card. This data can be easily transferred to a PC via SD card or USB interface, where it can be evaluated using all standard spreadsheet programs.
The ability to display trends graphically is ideal for creating temperature profiles and for optimizing the setting of PID controllers, for example.
In addition, the temperature calibrator LR-Cal LTC 100 offers the best conditions for installation, adjustment and maintenance of self-supplied and externally supplied transmitters due to the integrated 24V loop supply. It is an ideal and cost-effective solution for setting, testing and calibration tasks in industrial environments and laboratories.
A plug-on terminal extension unit (with integrated cold junction compensation) and a plastic case with molded foam insert are included, as well as a protective rubber cap and an SD memory card.
The operator guidance of the LR-Cal LTC 100 temperature calibrator makes it very easy to use. For example, the help menu in the display shows how to make the electrical connections on the device for various measuring and testing tasks.
