The calibration hand test pumps LR-Cal 2911 is used for pressure generation and the LR-Cal 2941 is used for negative pressure/vacuum generation for checking, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by comparison measurement. These tests can be carried out on a mobile basis, on site at the measuring point, or stationary in the laboratory or workshop.
If the measuring instrument to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the LR-Cal 2911 or LR-Cal 2941 calibration hand test pump via the T-piece supplied, the same pressure or vacuum acts on both measuring instruments when the pump is actuated. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure or vacuum values, it is possible to check the accuracy or adjust the vacuum gauge to be tested.
Despite their very compact dimensions, the LR-Cal 2911 and LR-Cal 2941 calibration hand test pumps enable simple and accurate pressure or vacuum generation. For precise adjustment for accurate comparison testing, the LR-Cal 2911 and LR-Cal 2941 have a fine adjustment valve. The reference pressure gauge and test item are connected via hose connection for hose with 4 mm internal diameter (6 mm external diameter). A piece of hose and a T-piece are included in the scope of delivery.
