Hand Test Pump HP200 cost effective pressure generating up to +200 bar for calibration purposes

The pressure gauges are not included in standard shipment.

The pressure generator unit consists of:

• hand operated hydraulic pump for generating pressure up to 200 bar
• transparent reservoir in Lexan
• flexible hose, lenght 1 m, terminating with one 1/4" BSP female rotating connection (for unit under test)
• 1/2" BSP female connection for reference pressure gauge
• fine volume regulator
• release valve

Internal parts of the pump are made in Buna N rubber, aluminium, brass and stainless steel. The pump can be used with oil, water or any other fluid compatible with these materials.

Accessories (not included in the standard equipment):

• Reference pressure gauge, ranges according to national and international norms, accuracy classes 1.6, 1.0, 0.6, 0.25, on request with calibration certificate
• Adatpors for test connection (1/8", 3/8", 1/2")

For higher pressure we recommend:

• up to 10'000 psi (700 bar): Type LPP 700
• up to 14'500 psi (1000 bar): Type LPP 1000
